This is a Genuine GM OE replacement timing cover gasket for 1997+ GM LS-Series engines. Metal gasket with rubber/silicone inserts. Also known as a Front Cover Gasket. Normally replaced during a camshaft upgrade. GM 12574294 was superseded by 12633904.
