- You have 60 days from placement of your order to return it if you want a refund. After 60 days, we can only offer an in-store credit on returned merchandise.
- All products being returned must be in new and resalable condition and include any retail packaging, manuals, or other included items to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Shipping cost is never refunded.
- Returns can not be accepted on special-order or custom-made items specific to your application (custom camshafts, custom torque converters, etc.)

- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in new, resalable condition to ensure full credit.
- Log in to your account on our website and click on "Completed Orders".
- Locate the order relevant to the product you'd like to return and click "Return Item(s)".
- Select the item(s) and the quantity that you'd like to return, and complete the form on that page, answering a few short questions for us. Click "Submit Return Request" when finished.
- Make a copy of your original invoice (if you have it) and include it in the package. If no invoice is available, just include a note with your order number.
- Return the package using any shipping method you choose.
- Relax. Once your package is on its way to us, a member of our customer service team will ensure that the rest of the steps are completed correctly. We will contact you to confirm the credit as soon as it is processed!
