Our LS1 swap harnesses are designed for installing GM EFI engines into your project, whatever it may be. This LS1 standalone harness is specific for 1997-2006 5.7 engines with RPO Code LS1 and LS6. This LS1 harness utilizes a Drive by Cable (Mechanical) Throttle Body, EV1 Injectors, and a T56 or Non-Electric Transmission.

Our standalone LS1 harnesses are made with GM color coded TXL wire to meet or exceed OEM standards! All circuits that are near heat like the O2 sensors are covered with 1200* Fiberglass Braid. BP Automotive only uses Delphi, Kostal, Bosch, Molex, and Yazaki products on all of our harnesses, just like an OEM harness. All connectors that have CPA Locks on a factory harness have them on our harnesses as well. Our standalone harnesses also include a sliding, snug fitting Delphi Grommet that can be positioned on the main harness line to seal your firewall.
LS1 swap harnesses from BP Automotive are 5 foot long from the rear of the intake! As a result, our customers can mount the PCM and Fuse Block in the passenger compartment! However, if you don’t have room inside your passenger compartment with the 5 foot of length you will have plenty of options in your engine bay as well! The fuse block included has been used on many GM applications and has all of the weather resistant covers! The top cover is even labeled with a legend like a factory GM vehicle. This fuse block design and length gives our customers more options than other standalone harnesses can. Our LS1 T56 Standalone harness is for pre emissions vehicles and are for off road use only.
Our LS standalone harness assemblies also require the removal of VATS and emissions systems from the PCM. This LS1 standalone harness also requires the use of a Red and Blue PCM service numbers 12200411 or 9354896, which can be purchased from BP Automotive.
