This steel clutch alignment tool is designed for use during any clutch install on any LTx or LSx application and features longer-than-stock splines for proper line up of twin and triple disc clutch discs. Reusable! Not included with many clutch kits, but is very convenient to have! 26 spline.

Must have tool...
Used the plastic tool that came with the monster twin disc kit, trans would not go in even though the plastic tool slid right in. When I received the steel alignment tool I found that it would not slid in past the pilot bearing. Realigned clutch with the steel tool and trans did finally slide in without too much effort.

Worked perfect
Tried a plastic advance auto alignment tool for my twin disk and it just would not line up. Bought this and realigned clutch and the trans went right in first try. A must have.

Clutch Alignment Tool
Worked perfectly. Couldn't get the t56 to bolt up to ls1 even after using the plastic alignment tool that came with the clutch kit. Ordered the steel 1 and worked like a charm and transmission mated right up to engine after that.

Nice solid alignment tool haven't gotten to use it yet but slips right into the clutch like a glove.
