UPDATED 07/06/2022 You may cancel your order with us at any time once it is placed up until a tracking number is assigned. Once a tracking number has been assigned you will need to complete the RMA form below in order to return the item. ANY orders that are canceled due to reasons out of our control will incur a 5% penalty unless you opt for an in store credit. If you are unsure if your cancelation will incur a penalty please reach out to our friendly sales staff for clarification.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please complete the form at the following link. Once that form has been submitted a representative will contact you within 1-3 business days regarding your return and supply you with the RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number and will be rejected upon arrival! Please include a copy of the original receipt with the return. All returns must be postage paid. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing. Shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders will follow the policy listed below.
You may return any parts to Tick Performance within 90 days from the day they are delivered to your supplied shipping address. No returns will be accepted after the 90 days have expired. Drop shipped items will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer and are subject to the return policy of the manufacturer.
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it if you want a cash refund or in-store credit. This means the returned item must arrive at our facility or the manufacturers facility before the 31st day. This does not include items that are delayed due to carrier issues.
If your return is received 31-90 days after delivery, you will be offered an in-store credit only, less a 10% restocking fee. No cash refund is available after 30 days from delivery of your order.
After 90 days from delivery of your order, your sale is final. No refund or in-store credit is possible.
All parts to be returned must be in their original condition. Tick Performance is not responsible for installation errors or damage due to improper installation or abuse. Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. It is the installer's responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to installation.
All defects in workmanship done by Tick Performance may be returned for repair, replacement, or credit. All repair work will be performed by Tick Performance. Any unauthorized work done will void any warranty, repair, replacement, or credit that would normally be covered and will render the item as non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Parts: Special-Order Parts, Installed Parts, Painted Parts, Powdercoated Parts, and Custom Made Parts cannot be returned for credit for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable for credit if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. Installed parts and electrical parts are only covered against manufacturer defects and are subject to a warranty exchange only, at the manufacturer's discretion.
Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 5 business days from the date we receive your return at our facility. Items being returned directly to the manufacturer typically take 10-15 business days to process. We cannot process a refund until the manufacturer has approved your return and supplied us with a credit memo. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to buy the merchandise. Please be aware that your bank may take 3-10 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 20 business days, please call us at (336) 719-0599 and we will respond to you immediately.
