30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Effective 5/22/18: No catches, few exceptions. If you don't want or need your product(s) you ordered from us, we'll refund you. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition you received it in: new and resalable. Conditions of this policy are as follows:

  • You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it if you want a cash refund or in-store credit.
  • If your return is received 31-90 days after delivery, you will be offered an in-store credit only, less a 10% restocking fee. No cash refund is available after 30 days from delivery of your order.
  • After 90 days from delivery of your order, your sale is final. No refund or in-store credit is possible.
  • All products being returned must be in new and resalable condition and include any retail packaging, manuals, or other included items to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Shipping cost is never refunded.
  • Returns can not be accepted on "garage sale", special-order or custom-made items specific to your application (custom camshafts, custom torque converters, etc.)

Return Instructions

If you're ready to start the return process, just follow these simple instructions:

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in new, resalable condition to ensure full credit.
  2. Log in to your account on our website and click on "Completed Orders".
  3. Locate the order relevant to the product you'd like to return and click "Return Item(s)".
  4. Select the item(s) and the quantity that you'd like to return, and complete the form on that page, answering a few short questions for us.  Click "Submit Return Request" when finished.
  5. Make a copy of your original invoice (if you have it) and include it in the package.  If no invoice is available, just include a note with your order number.
  6. Return the package using any shipping method you choose.
  7. Relax. Once your package is on its way to us, a member of our customer service team will ensure that the rest of the steps are completed correctly. We will contact you to confirm the credit as soon as it is processed!
